FORIS expands funding spectrum
With the successful launch of our FORIS Centris Litigation Financing Fund I, we can now fund proceedings with dispute values of well over EUR 100 million.
During the last 25 years, FORIS was predominantly known as a mid-cap litigation funder. Teaming up with partners, we have recently launched the FORIS Centris Litigation Financing Fund I. With this strategic step, we have broadened our funding range and expanded our funding spectrum geographically. By utilizing our Fund, we can now fund proceedings with dispute values in excess of EUR 100 million.
We can now fund significantly larger proceedings and therefore cover a dispute value range that is absolutely exceptional in the market – from EUR 100,000 to well over EUR 100 million.
Regardless of whether the individual case is funded by FORIS itself or through our new Fund, customer contact and support will remain with FORIS. As a result, our processes will remain fast, efficient and unbureaucratic, and you will be working with the the same contact persons you have known in the market for many years.
