How can my company be ready for takeover in 24 hours?

Thanks to our preconfigured GmbHs/UGs, all legal and organizational steps are prepared. You take over at the notary appointment and are ready to act immediately afterwards, without the usual weeks of coordination with banks and authorities. The takeover of a GmbH/UG is always notarized in Germany. We prepare everything, explain the steps to you and support you in making an appointment with the notary’s office so that the appointment runs smoothly.

What do I have to do myself?

It’s very simple: you choose your start-up package, coordinate the process with your start-up guide, arrange a notary appointment and show up at the notary appointment. We take care of everything else: Documents, account, articles of association & voting.

Why is a notary appointment necessary?

In Germany, notarization is required by law. With the appointment you officially take over the company and you can start.

How do I get a notary appointment?

You can choose a local notary yourself or use our network. On request, we can often coordinate the appointment within 24-48 hours.
