The name must be distinctive and have its own identifying character.
Purely descriptive names such as “Consulting”, “Agency”, or “Service” alone are not sufficient.
The name must not be misleading, e.g. regarding size, services, or location of the company.
There must be no risk of confusion with existing companies at the same registry location.
Protected trademarks or third-party names may only be used with proper authorization.
