1. notary mediation – your access to our Germany-wide network.

Not yet found the right notary? We will be happy to support you. We have an extensive network of notary’s offices throughout Germany and are available to assist you in your search.

2. IHK name check – ensure that your company name can be registered.

Is your company’s desired name permissible in Germany? By making a preliminary inquiry with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce responsible for you, we prevent the registration court from rejecting the company name and you from incurring additional costs for a new registration. The IHK checks whether the name is distinctive and does not violate the prohibition of misleading information, or whether the new company is clearly distinguishable from existing companies in the same location. You will receive a certificate of non-objection from the IHK to confirm this.

3. transparency register notification – legally compliant and including data entry aid.

Anyone who founds or acquires a company in Germany must ensure compliance with statutory regulations in the area of anti-money laundering and transparency and is legally obliged under Section 20 of the German Money Laundering Act (GwG) to report the beneficial owners to the transparency register and to keep the information up to date at all times. Due to the provisions of the Money Laundering Act, it is mandatory to report the new beneficial owners to the transparency register after the notary appointment and the transfer of the shares. In order to fulfill these obligations, we provide support in the structured compilation and recording of the necessary information, give advice on formal requirements and documentation obligations, provide practical assistance for a complete and proper notification and finally carry it out.

4. transparency register extract – your legitimation for banks, authorities and business partners.

The extract from the transparency register serves to provide evidence of information about the beneficial owners of a company. This is particularly important to ensure compliance with money laundering prevention regulations, the management of business relationships and the fulfillment of legal obligations. You will need an excerpt from the transparency register to prove your identity to the bank managing your business account (when opening a new account and when taking over an existing account) as well as when dealing with other authorities. We will take care of all the necessary steps and send you your extract from the transparency register.

5. business registration – form and explanations for a smooth start to your business operations.

You must register a business in Germany so that you can start operating your company in the short term. The business registration must be made at the start of operations.
