When purchasing a FORIS shelf company, we offer you the option of making individual adjustments before the acquisition, such as moving the registered office, changing the statutes with regard to the financial year or a holding structure. Because the adjustments are made according to your ideas in advance, you are able to act immediately after acquiring the shelf company.

By default, the following applies to all our companies: the calendar year is the financial year. If you require a company with a different financial year, we will adapt the company’s articles of association to your specifications.
